I am past eighty, and I move freely. Not by luck — because for fifty years I have done what I teach: joints need clean vessels, the right food and movement. Pain in a knee or a back is not a sentence passed by age; it is your body asking for help.
By the time you have loosened up, half the day is gone. Joints are asking to be fed, not only rubbed with ointment.
Knees, back, fingers. Every step measured — and life narrows.
The tablet takes the pain, not the cause — and the stomach pays for it meanwhile.
Gout and disc degeneration are conditions of accumulation. We move out what has been settling for years.
What builds cartilage and what breaks it down. Simple rules at the table.
Joints recover through movement — the right kind, measured, never forced.
Baths, wraps, methods proven over centuries — the doctor demonstrates them himself.
I view the joints and spine not in isolation from the rest of the body. When capillaries are constricted, blood stagnates, and the internal environment becomes acidic, this can affect the joints and cause pain without an obvious cause. Therefore, I look not only for the site of pain, but also at what is happening with blood circulation and metabolism.
In my system, the state of digestion is of great importance. I link poorly digested food and fermentation products to an extra burden on the blood, blood vessels, and tissues. Separately, I draw attention to the fact that, in my opinion, some dairy products in adults may be absorbed less effectively and contribute to deposits in tissues and joints.
I also link the condition of the joints to the accumulation of unnecessary substances in the body. In my approach, a sore joint cannot be viewed as a completely isolated problem. The state of the intestines, blood, blood vessels, nutrition, and overall muscle tone requires attention all at once.
I begin by restoring the conditions under which the body can function more calmly. This is a combination of nutrition, movement, warmth, and the right routine, rather than an attempt to target only the painful spot. I do not seek to mask the body's signal, but gradually work with the factors that I consider associated with its appearance.
Blood circulation holds a special place. I use warmth and movement as ways to support capillary function and improve tissue condition. With joint and spinal problems, warmth can also ease pain and stiffness, but I view such procedures only as part of a general health-improvement approach, not as a replacement for medical care.
Nutrition in my system is linked not only to the composition of individual foods, but also to how they are digested. I pay attention to food combinations and pauses between meals to reduce fermentation and give the body time to do its work. Beyond that, the approach is tailored more deeply, taking into account the person's condition, their complaints, and overall well-being.
If you want to understand the joints and spine specifically, I advise starting with the video lesson "Healthy Joints and Spine". It makes it easier to see the logic of my approach and understand how I connect joint health with blood circulation, nutrition, and movement. This material is located further down the page.
For a fuller understanding of my system, you can get the e-book Azbuka zdorovya / The ABC of Health. If your joints or spine have been bothering you for a long time, the symptoms are pronounced, or you have other illnesses and take regular medications, it is best to discuss the situation personally. To do this, fill out the consultation questionnaire — the materials are located further down the page.
I view capillary constriction and blood stasis as one of the factors that can affect the joints. Therefore, my approach pays attention to more than just the joint itself.
I consider nutrition an important part of overall recovery. I pay special attention to food digestion, food combinations, and what can increase acidification and fermentation.
With long-term or severe pain, an evaluation by a doctor is needed first. My approach views the spine together with blood circulation, nutrition, movement, and the general condition of the body.
