Your email address — when you subscribe to our materials; your name and contact details — when you request a consultation or make a purchase; technical data (hosting cookies) — so that the site works.
To send you the materials you asked for, to answer your messages, to fulfill orders and — with your consent — to send our newsletter. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties, apart from the services that technically keep this site running (hosting, payment providers), which act under their own data protection policies.
You may at any time request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and unsubscribe using the link in any email. Requests: dr.wydoff@gmail.com.
Data is kept for as long as you use our materials, or until you ask us to delete it. The data controller is Boris Wydoff (registered sole trader, France).
You fill in the questionnaire at /en/anketa/ voluntarily before a consultation: contact details, health information and, if you wish, up to three photos. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 9 GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the questionnaire. Its only purpose is to prepare and carry out the consultation. The questionnaire is stored in our own client database; only the doctor and his administrator can see it, and it is not passed on to third parties (except for the translation of answers described below). To protect against spam and fraud, the IP address, country and city by IP, and browser type are stored with the questionnaire. The doctor works in Russian: the answers you write yourself are translated into Russian by machine translation services (including outside the EU) — without your name, phone number or email; the translations of two services are checked against each other, and the doctor sees them next to your original text. A copy of the questionnaire is emailed to the doctor and to you. The same tick is your consent to useful emails from the doctor: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Retention: 3 years after the last consultation, after which the questionnaire and photos are deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time and request a copy, correction or deletion of the questionnaire: dr.wydoff@gmail.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
When you write in the «Ask Anna» window, we store your messages and the replies, the language and page address, the time, a random conversation number (the anna_sid cookie for 30 days — used only to run the chat) and an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address (the address itself is not stored; the fingerprint is used only to protect against spam). The legal basis is your consent given with the «Got it — start» button; if you write about your health, this is your explicit consent (Art. 9 GDPR). Chat replies are prepared by a computer program on our own equipment; the live administrator answers when you write to her yourself. The conversation passes through the website hosting (Netlify), is stored on our server in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland) for 30 days and is then deleted automatically. It is not shared with third-party artificial intelligence services and is not used for advertising. If you leave your name and email in the chat form, the request goes into our client database; your chat messages are attached only if you tick the box. If you write to Anna on WhatsApp or Telegram, the rules of those services apply. You can ask us to delete the conversation earlier: dr.wydoff@gmail.com (please mention the approximate time and topic).
