For half a century I have seen the same thing: blood sugar slips out of hand where the body is overloaded — by food, by toxins, by stress. And it settles again when we take the causes away, instead of only chasing the number on the meter. Always alongside your own doctor, never instead of him.
More medication, no more steadiness — the body does not respond to putting out fires.
Eyes, vessels, feet, kidneys — you have read what can happen, and it sits on you every day.
The rules break, because they change nothing in your relationship with food — they only postpone the next collapse.
We look at not only WHAT you eat but WHY. The psychology of eating is my doctoral field.
Liver, intestines, lymph. An overloaded body cannot regulate sugar well.
Simple daily practices that help your cells listen to insulin again.
Fear and stress lift blood sugar as surely as sweets do. We learn to steady the state you live in.
I do not view diabetes in isolation from the rest of the body. In my approach, attention is directed toward dietary and digestive overload, as well as the function of the liver, kidneys, and pancreas. I connect a person's condition to how they eat, rest, and move.
I attach great importance to overeating and improper food combinations. When the gastrointestinal tract is constantly overloaded, the pancreas has to work much harder. Therefore, for me, nutrition is not a secondary issue in diabetes, but one of the foundations of recovery.
I also view chronic tension and fear as factors that weaken the body. Constant worry alters a person's overall condition and prevents them from calmly maintaining their chosen regimen. Therefore, in cases of diabetes, I pay attention not only to food, but also to internal state.
I do not begin with a single number on the glucometer, but with the overall picture. I look at nutrition, digestion, sleep, movement, breathing, and the condition of the elimination organs. I separately take into account the pancreas, liver, and kidneys, because their function matters for overall metabolism.
I view nutrition as a system, not as a list of prohibitions. In my approach, the composition of food, its combinations, quantity, and how thoroughly a person chews their food all matter. At the same time, dietary changes in diabetes should not be undertaken independently if a person is taking medications or has other conditions: such changes must be coordinated with a physician.
Gradually, I aim to reduce the body's overload and create conditions for its own functioning. This general order includes sleep, moderate movement, breathing practices, and working with emotional state. I do not separate physical recovery from a person's mindset: fear and constant anxiety, according to my approach, can hinder the restoration of strength.
If you wish to gain a deeper understanding specifically of diabetes, I advise starting with the video lesson «Supporting Healthy Blood Sugar — Types I and II». The material is dedicated to the topic itself and helps you understand the logic of my approach without attempting to replace individual work. Another option is the e-book «Azbuka zdorovya / The ABC of Health», which compiles my general principles of nutrition and recovery.
If you have a complex case, multiple conditions, are undergoing medical treatment, or do not know how to safely begin, it is better to move on to personal work. For this, please use the consultation questionnaire and describe your situation. All of these materials are located further down the page so that you can choose the appropriate format and move forward step by step.
No, if you are taking medications or have other conditions. I recommend coordinating such changes with your physician.
Because in my approach, nutrition is connected to the function of the gastrointestinal tract and the pancreas. Therefore, I consider their condition together with the overall regimen.
I believe that fear and constant worry weaken the body and hinder recovery. Therefore, I pay separate attention to working with the internal state.
You can start with the video lesson «Supporting Healthy Blood Sugar — Types I and II» or the e-book «Azbuka zdorovya / The ABC of Health». In a complex situation, it is better to fill out the consultation questionnaire.
