Toxins from food and air, sluggish lymph, uninvited residents in the gut — all of it builds up over years and quietly takes your strength. I am not here to frighten you with the parasites of television advertising. For half a century I have done one simple thing: cleanse the body step by step, and let it deal with what has no business being there.
The body spends its strength coping with what has piled up — and there is none left for living.
A gut that does not empty regularly becomes a storeroom — and a home for unwanted guests.
Always reaching for something sweet or starchy? Often that voice is not your appetite at all.
The first step is always here: we bring back regular elimination and living flora.
We open the routes out — otherwise a cleanse only moves toxins around in circles.
Herbs, spices, time-tested procedures — what people have cleansed with for centuries. No aggressive chemistry.
We take away what the yeasts and the uninvited guests live on, and they leave of their own accord.
I connect the accumulation of excess primarily to the state of the intestines and the quality of nutrition. Incorrect food combinations, overeating, and chronic food poisoning, according to my approach, increase the amount of toxins and harmful substances in the body.
Blood and lymph are of great importance. Cells receive nourishing elements through them, and when their full functionality is impaired, it is harder for the body to timely eliminate accumulated substances. Therefore, cleansing cannot be viewed separately from nutrition and metabolism.
I also pay attention to lifestyle. A lack of movement, overloads, improper habits, and constant tension can reduce the body's vital forces. Against this background, the accumulation of toxins and harmful substances in tissues, blood vessels, and nerve channels becomes an additional burden.
Therefore, I view cleansing the body not as a fight against a single cause, but as restoring the normal function of the intestines, liver, kidneys, blood, and lymph. The goal is to gradually reduce the overload and help the body use its own powers of recovery.
I start with consistency rather than trying to do everything at once. Cleansing the body is connected to nutrition, water, intestinal function, the state of the liver and kidneys, as well as blood circulation and movement. These areas complement each other.
It is important to me that after freeing itself from excess burden, the body receives appropriate nutrition and time for recovery. I view blood and lymph as the internal environment through which cells receive nourishment and excrete metabolic products. Therefore, nutrition and cleansing must go together, not exist separately.
Deeper work may include cleansing the intestines and liver, and then other areas of natural recovery. Specific procedures require preparation and consideration of contraindications. In chronic intestinal diseases, I recommend coordinating any changes with a doctor.
I do not believe that years of accumulation can be changed in a single day. Consistency, a sensible routine, and movement give the body time to rebuild. If there are pronounced or prolonged symptoms, a medical evaluation of the condition is needed first.
I advise starting with the e-book Azbuka zdorovya / The ABC of Health — it contains the complete system: intestinal cleansing, nutrition, movement, and working with your internal state. If it is more convenient to go step by step, you can take the “Full Body Reset” webinar recording with materials. These materials are located further down the page.
If you want to understand your situation individually, please fill out the consultation Questionnaire (Doctor's Personal Plan). A personal consultation is especially necessary when there are chronic diseases, prolonged complaints, medications being taken, or questions about where it is safest to begin.
There is no need to try to grasp the entire system at once. First, understand the principles, and then consistently build your further steps taking into account the state of your body.
The intestines participate in the elimination of waste and are directly connected to the nutrition of tissues. Therefore, I view them as one of the main points for systemic cleansing of the body.
Incorrect food combinations and chronic food poisoning, according to my approach, can increase the accumulation of harmful substances. Therefore, I always connect cleansing with changes in nutrition.
