A natural lifestyle approach · 50 years of practice

I am past eighty. And that is the best advertisement my method has

I do not promise eternal youth — I show it in myself. Every day I work, travel, run seminars and film. Not genes and not luck: food, cleansing, movement and a clear spirit. All of it can be learned at any age — my best students began after sixty.

Sound familiar?

“It is your age, what do you expect”

Doctors write everything off to the years. But a calendar is not a diagnosis.

Less and less energy

By evening you are wrung out, and the morning is no better. And you want to live, not merely to last.

Memory and clarity

Words slip away, concentration drifts — and that frightens people more than illness does.

How we work together

Cleansing as rejuvenation

Clean vessels and a clean gut mean young blood, a clear head and living skin.

What the long-lived eat

What the diets of the world's long-lived peoples have in common — and how to bring it into your kitchen.

Movement and breath

Not sport to the point of ruin, but daily practices that keep the body young.

A young spirit

Thought ages first — or does not age at all. The power of the mind is my main secret.

More about this topic

Why this happens

I attribute the premature loss of youth and strength to a person moving away from a natural lifestyle. In my approach, daily habits influence longevity: nutrition, movement, routine, and attitude toward oneself and the surrounding world. Overloads, excesses, and incorrect thinking can weaken the body's viability.

I view aging not merely as the progression of calendar years. In my understanding, the state of cells is linked to how well they receive nutrition, eliminate waste, and maintain activity. When substances that hinder normal function accumulate in tissues and the body, it affects a person's physical and mental strength.

I also pay attention to internal balance as part of youth and longevity. A calm mind, a positive mindset, and harmony between body and thoughts, in my view, support a person's vital energy. Therefore, preserving youth is connected in my practice to a complex of natural conditions rather than any single remedy.

How restoration works in my approach

I begin not by searching for a single remedy for age, but by returning to natural balance. Regarding nutrition, I consider the quality of foods and their combinations, because, according to my approach, the condition of the blood and tissues depends on this. At the same time, a person needs to reduce what overloads the body and support its natural working processes.

I assign a special place to a person's internal state. Constant heavy thoughts, emotional tension, and an improper attitude toward life, in my view, affect vitality no less than everyday habits. Therefore, I understand restoration as working together with the body, nutrition, movement, and thinking, without attempting to achieve perfect health through a single method.

I do not promise to return a person to their youth. For an adult, a reasonable goal is to strengthen health, preserve physical and mental strength, and gradually change habits that interfere with natural balance. In cases of pronounced weakness, or new or serious symptoms, I consider it essential to consult a doctor and not replace medical supervision with self-practices.

Where to start

If you wish to gain a deeper understanding of my perspective on youth and longevity, start with the e-book "Secrets of Youth, Health and Beauty". In it, I examine in detail the connection between a natural lifestyle, nutrition, vitality, and a person's internal state. The material is located lower down on the page.

To get acquainted with the practical side of my approach, you can also take the video course "The Art of Self-Healing". And if you need not general material, but an analysis of your specific situation and a personal plan, it is best to start with the consultation questionnaire. The questionnaire helps determine which path of work is right for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to work on health and longevity after sixty?

Yes, I believe that changing one's lifestyle is possible at any age. One should start with sensible habits and gradual changes.

Why do I connect longevity with cellular health?

I view the cell as the foundation of the organism. In my approach, its nutrition, function, and ability to get rid of waste affect the condition of the entire person.

How is the internal state connected to aging?

I believe that thoughts and emotional state influence a person's vitality. Therefore, I do not separate working with the body from working with thinking.

When is it best to apply for a personal consultation?

If general materials are not enough and you need an individual plan, fill out the consultation questionnaire. In the case of serious or new symptoms, a doctor is also necessary.
