A natural lifestyle approach · 50 years of practice

The liver forgives for a long time. But not forever

The liver is the body's main laboratory: it cleans the blood, never complains, and does not hurt until the very end. Heaviness after eating, a bitter taste in the morning, tiredness, a gray tinge to the skin — these are its first letters to you. In fifty years of practice I have learned to read them early, and to give the liver its strength back gently.

The liver forgives for a long time. But not forever — Boris Wydoff

Sound familiar?

Heaviness and bitterness

A stone under the right ribs after meals; bitterness in the mouth on waking. The liver is asking for help.

Tired for no reason

You sleep enough and still have nothing in the tank. A burdened liver takes your energy first.

Skin and allergies

Rashes, itching, a dull complexion — what the liver has not moved out comes through the skin.

How we work together

Preparation

No heroics on day one. First we lighten the food and settle the gut — you cannot cleanse a liver into a congested intestine.

Gentle cleansing

Procedures proven over generations — warmth, herbs, the classical tubage. Step by step, calmly, none of the internet extremes.

Eating for the liver

What the liver loves and what wears it down. Simple everyday rules.

Making it last

A liver that has been given room serves you for years — if you do not go back to the old ways. We learn to live so that the spring clean is not needed again.

More about this topic

Why this happens

I associate the condition of the liver primarily with nutrition and lifestyle. Overeating overloads digestion, and an excess of heavy foods creates additional work for the liver. I also associate this burden with improper food combinations, alcohol, and some other lifestyle factors.

The liver does not work separately from the intestines. In my approach, with chronic constipation and colitis, the body copes less effectively with the removal of waste, and venous congestion in the liver area may increase this overload. Therefore, I consider liver cleansing together with the condition of the intestines, gallbladder, and other elimination organs.

Another reason is an excess of food combined with a lack of a proper routine. When digestion is constantly working under strain, the liver does not always have time to cope with the incoming load. I also pay attention to a lack of water, vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes, since they affect the normal functioning of the digestive system.

I do not view the liver as an isolated organ. It participates in metabolism, cleanses the blood, and is connected with the gallbladder, intestines, kidneys, and blood vessels. Therefore, with long-term problems, I look not only for a separate symptom but for the entire chain of causes and related processes.

How recovery takes place according to my approach

I do not start with strong interventions, but with preparing the body. First, it is necessary to make digestion easier, establish a proper eating and drinking routine, and remove foods that overload the liver. For me, liver cleansing is part of general work with the intestines, kidneys, blood, and metabolism.

The next principle is consistency. I believe that deep procedures should not be rushed if the intestines are not functioning well. First, conditions are created for normal waste elimination, then attention is shifted to the liver and bile ducts, and after that — to the kidneys, lymph, and blood vessels.

In my approach, recovery is connected not only with cleansing. I pay attention to sleep, movement, breathing, nutrition, and sufficient water intake. The liver has to work within the body's overall system, so lasting changes require not one action but a calm routine in everyday life.

I also consider it important not to act based on other people's retellings. Deep procedures require preparation, understanding of limitations, and consideration of a person's condition. With chronic diseases of the intestines, gallbladder, kidneys, or other organs, any significant changes should reasonably be discussed with a doctor in advance.

Where to start liver cleansing

I recommend starting with studying the system as a whole. The first material you can use is the electronic book «Azbuka zdorovya / The ABC of Health» — in it I explain the connection between the liver, intestines, kidneys, gallbladder, and the overall condition of the body. You can also choose the video course «The Art of Self-Healing» (module «Liver Cleansing») if it is more convenient for you to study the topic step by step in video format.

These materials are located below on the page. Study them calmly to understand the logic of the approach and not try to repeat individual actions without preparation. If your concerns continue for a long time, your condition is complex, or you need an analysis of your specific situation, fill out the consultation Questionnaire (doctor's personal plan).

A personal consultation is needed when general materials are no longer enough to understand your situation. With serious or new symptoms, I do not recommend delaying a visit to a doctor. My task is to help build further work carefully, taking into account the person's condition and health history.

Frequently asked questions

I view the body as a connected system. The liver's work is connected with digestion, the intestines, the gallbladder, the kidneys, and overall metabolism.

Which material is best to start learning about liver cleansing with?

I recommend starting with the electronic book «Azbuka zdorovya / The ABC of Health» or the video course «The Art of Self-Healing» (module «Liver Cleansing»). These materials are located below on the page.
