30 questions in three sections, 10–15 minutes. Only 6 are required — answer the rest if you can. Your answers are saved as you go: you can stop and come back via your personal link — from your phone or computer.

Only the doctor and his administrator can see your questionnaire. We keep it for 3 years after your last consultation and will delete it earlier at your request: dr.wydoff@gmail.com. Learn more

Have your height and weight, and a list of your medicines and diagnoses ready. Photos are optional. The consultation is held in Russian or English.

What happens after the questionnaire: within 24 hours (on working days) Anna will write to you — by email or in a messenger. She will answer your questions and arrange the consultation time and a convenient way to pay.

How the healing process works

Consultations work as a cycle: each one gives you recommendations for about a month of remedies and procedures at home. Conditions that have developed over years cannot be reversed in one consultation and one month.

Results depend on heredity, age, how advanced the condition is, and how consistently and carefully you follow the recommendations.
